Take one 10 year old
innocent girl, make her go to her usually weekly ballet class and have her
male teacher ask her to come to two more private lessons a week. While he is asking her have the rest of the
class dancing in the background and her mum waiting to pick her up. Two days
later have her maid drop her off at a cabin in the ghetto and leave straight
away. Have the girl walk into the dodgy cabin to see her coach sitting there
waiting, mean while, while the little girl is stretching the coach locks the
door. Have her ask him why, have him not reply, have her ask him again and
then run into the bathroom and locks the door. Have the coach banging on the
door and trying to get in, have the girl climb out a small window and run
into the forestry behind the cabin. Then have the coach chase after her and have
her hide behind a tree, have this cat and mouse game happen a couple of times
until a homeless black guy hear what’s going on and run into the woods. Have
the token black guy come across the coach trying to tie the girl up and save
her. Have the token black guy take the girl to hospital and have the police
go to the cabin to find that the coach has hung himself. Have the little girl
survive and have her mum give the homeless token black guy some money to find
somewhere to live. Have them all live happily ever after with a great life.

Reflection 05/03/13
In todays class I talked to my group about what I missed in yesterdays lesson. I was sick yesterday so I missed what we did. In yesterdays lesson my group put all the shots together so we had some sought of final trailer. We decided to do the trailer in black and white as it made it more dramatic. When I saw the trailer today I thought it looked great and as if it could be an actual trailer for a movie! Its amazing how changing the brightness and saturation can change the whole mood of a shot. When we showed Mr Andrews our trailer he gave us some feedback and said we need to make sure we follow the rule of thirds, need to work in the angle of shots and also look at our transitions. Overall he said it was good but just gave us the feedback so we could apply it to our next filming/movie making assignment. Tomorrow we are showing the class our trailer and they will also give us some feedback. I think it will be interesting to find out what they thought and whether or not they get the whole main idea and theme of the trailer.
